The giveaway begins when officially published in the Trailer Hustle Mobile App and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2026.

Open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed, licensed, registered, or otherwise restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Employees, owners, officers, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor, Administrator, or affiliated companies may be deemed ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with this promotion may be used for administration of the giveaway, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and Trailer Hustle policies.

Eligible participants may enter through the Trailer Hustle Mobile App during the promotion period in accordance with the entry instructions provided inside the app. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person unless otherwise specifically stated in the app. Use of multiple accounts, false identities, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.

Technical Entry Issues: Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, interrupted, inaccessible, or failed entries caused by mobile device issues, internet outages, app malfunctions, software bugs, server interruptions, carrier delays, user error, or other technical problems. Proof of attempting to enter does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. 

Reporting Technical Issues: If a participant experiences a technical issue that may affect entry, participant should notify Administrator as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact Us form within the Trailer Hustle Mobile App, the Contact Us form at TrailerHustle.com, or by email at support@trailerhustle.com. Administrator will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address reported issues in a timely manner but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or immediate resolution. 

Right to Remedy/Modify: If technical issues, fraud, or other disruptions materially affect the fairness or proper operation of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, restart, or terminate the promotion, or take any other action reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the giveaway.

One (1) winner will receive a 2026 Down2Earth 83" x 20' 10K Car Hauler / Equipment Trailer including battery, toolbox, winch, and straps. VIN: 1XNBC2025T3128855. Stock #: 128855. Approximate Retail Value: $6,800. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be contacted using the information associated with their Trailer Hustle account or by another reasonable method determined by Administrator. Winner must respond, verify eligibility, and complete any required documentation. Winner must claim and take possession of the prize no later than August 31, 2026. If winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, fails to complete required documents, or does not claim the prize by August 31, 2026, the prize may be forfeited. If forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing on or about September 5, 2026.

Drawing Method: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period using a randomized selection method determined by Sponsor or Administrator.

Verification Before Confirmation: Potential winner selection is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules before being confirmed as the official winner. 

Final Authority: Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to audit entries, remove invalid or duplicate entries, and correct administrative errors prior to or after the drawing if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for picking up the trailer from The Trailer Spot, 10875 Wards Rd, Rustburg, VA 24588, or arranging and paying for third-party transport/shipping. Winner is also responsible for any travel expenses, registration fees, licensing fees, tag fees, insurance, sales tax, state or local taxes, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize. The Trailer Spot will facilitate title transfer and standard dealership transfer documentation.

Ability to Receive Prize: Winner must be legally eligible to own, register, title, and receive the trailer in their home state. If winner cannot legally complete required transfer or registration requirements, Sponsor may disqualify winner and select an alternate winner. 

Prize is awarded as-is, without additional warranties except any manufacturer warranty that may separately apply. Sponsor and Administrator make no guarantees regarding future performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Where permitted by law, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of winner’s name, city, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts fraud. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if technical failures, fraud, legal issues, or events beyond reasonable control impair proper operation of the giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Trailer Spot, Trailer Hustle LLC, their owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, transport, ownership, or use of the prize.

This promotion is hosted within the Trailer Hustle Mobile App. Apple, Google, and any app marketplace are not sponsors of or affiliated with this promotion.

This promotion shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

Governing Law / Venue: Except where prohibited by law, this promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Florida. 

To request the winner’s first name and state after the drawing, submit a written request after August 15, 2026 to the promotion administrator if legally required or made available.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor/Administrator, which are final and binding.
