Subscription Services Trailer Hustle subscriptions (Hustle Lite and Hustle Pro) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store or your Trailer Hustle account dashboard. However, payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid.
Digital Products & Services All sales of digital products, downloads, or services provided through Trailer Hustle are final. Once digital products or services have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, no refunds will be provided.
Physical Products For physical merchandise purchased directly from the Trailer Hustle store, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Item must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by Trailer Hustle. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Giveaway and Promotional Items Trailer Hustle giveaways and promotional items carry no cash value and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback through your financial institution without prior communication and resolution attempts with Trailer Hustle, your account and services may be immediately suspended or terminated.
