A customer accidentally destroyed the 7-way wiring harness on one of my rental trailers after it came unplugged and dragged down the road. Normally that means cutting wires and rewiring the trailer. Luckily, I had already upgraded this one with a Precision Harness setup.
Instead of rewiring everything, I unplugged the damaged harness, plugged in a replacement, and had the trailer back on the road. In this video I show what happened, how the Precision Harness system works, and why it's such a useful upgrade for a rental fleet.
